This website is operated by MAYKG. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the website or use any services.

Products and pricing

All products are listed with their prices in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. A price change does not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Product images are shown as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings. Each product is made on demand; minor variations between items are normal.

Availability: sizes and products shown on the site reflect current availability. If a size is not listed on a product page, it is not currently offered for that product.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and shipping address, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed in violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy. We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order — we cannot redirect an order once it has shipped.

Returns and exchanges

Returns, exchanges, defective items, and final-sale drops are described in our Return & Exchange Policy. In short: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached; return shipping is paid by the customer except for defective items; limited-edition drops marked as final sale on their product page are final sale, except for defective items.

To start a return or exchange, email maykgofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the MAYKG name, the MAYKG logo, the "00/99" mark, product designs, images, text, and graphics — is the property of MAYKG and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any MAYKG content or trademarks without prior written permission.

Prohibited uses

You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You may not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site, or to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Limitation of liability

MAYKG is not liable for carrier delays, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If a product arrives defective or damaged, your remedy is replacement or refund as described in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
