We want you to be confident in your order. If something isn't right, here's how it works:

Returns & exchanges
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- To start a return, email maykgofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges
- If you need a different size, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange the exchange.

Defective or damaged items
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we'll replace it or refund you. Return shipping on defective items is on us.

Final sale
- Limited-edition drops marked as final sale on their product page are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except for defective items. All other items are eligible for return within the window above.
