Shipping

How long does my order take?
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). After processing, Standard shipping (US) takes an estimated 3-8 business days, and Express shipping (US) takes an estimated 2-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping (US): $5.95. Express shipping (US): $14.95. Standard shipping is free on US orders over $75.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet - we currently ship within the United States only.

When will I get my tracking number?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 days, email us at maykgofficial@gmail.com and we'll help you track it down.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email us as soon as possible at maykgofficial@gmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll try to update it. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective items.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email maykgofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll confirm the next steps.

What if my item arrives defective or damaged?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we'll replace it or refund you. Return shipping on defective items is on us.

Are limited-edition drops returnable?
Drops marked as final sale on their product page are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except for defective items. All other items are eligible for return within the 30-day window.

Products

What sizes do you offer?
Crewnecks come in S, M, and L. Slides use US men's and women's sizing as listed on each product page. If a size isn't listed on the product page, it isn't currently offered for that product.

Are products made to order?
Yes - every MAYKG order is made on demand, which is why processing takes 2-5 business days.
